RSL LifeCare in Nowra, NSW, is seeking a Facility Manager to lead our 68-bed Jonathan Rogers GC House.
You will oversee operational, clinical and team performance, ensuring high-quality, person-centred care for residents and their families.
Reporting to executive leadership, you will drive compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards, budgeting and workforce planning while fostering a positive, engaged culture and continuous improvement across the home.
This is a not-for-profit organisation.
