About The OpportunityThe primary purpose of this position is to be thefriendly first point of contactfor the business, delivering a great customer experience while keeping the office running smoothly.
As part of a small team, some of your responsibilities will include:
Being thefirst point of contactfor customers and visitors, by phone, email and in person
Assisting theCustomer Service Teamto deliver a excellent client experience
Responding to customer enquiries andresolving issues and complaintswith a proactive, solution-driven approach




Maintaining accurate records and handling day-to-day administration using theMS Office Suite and internal systems
Communicating clearly withcustomers and colleaguesto keep things moving
Supporting the wider office teamacross a variety of tasks as needed

Abackground in customer servicein a similar role
Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent time management and organisational skills
