WesTrac is seeking a Site Performance Specialist (Asset Reliability Engineer) to boost fleet reliability at Cowal Mine.
You will collaborate with mine leadership, maintenance teams and Caterpillar experts to optimize equipment performance, reduce downtime and shape maintenance strategies.
The role focuses on solid data analysis, wear management and on‐site problem solving, with opportunities to contribute to aftermarket sales and continuous improvement while working a 5/2 roster.
