We're looking for an experienced and commercially mindedeCommerce Manager – B2Bto lead the performance, growth and customer experience of our eCommerce channel.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the evolution of our digital experience — making it easier and more valuable for professional hair customers todiscover, learn, engage and buy.
What you'll do
Reporting to the Head of eCommerce & Marketing, you'll own eCommerce revenue and trading performance while continually improving the digital customer experience.
Lead day-to-day eCommerce performance, trading and onsite experience
Drive digital merchandising, promotions, activations and product launches
Increase digital adoption and customer engagement
Improve product discovery through search, navigation, merchandising and UX
Use customer behaviour, analytics and testing to identify opportunities
Lead, coach and develop a small team
Partner closely with CRM, Performance, Brand, Technology and Development teams
Balance commercial priorities with customer experience and continuous optimisation
What you'll bring
We're looking for an experienced eCommerce professional who combinescommercial thinking with a




genuine passion for customer experience.
You'll bring:
Robust eCommerce experience with commercial accountability
Experience across eCommerce trading, digital merchandising, UX, onsite search, CRO and analytics
The ability to turn customer and commercial insight into action
Proven people leadership and coaching capability
Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills
Commercial judgement with a customer-first mindset
A hands-on, curious and continuous-improvement approach
Experience inB2B, wholesale, retail, beauty or professional hairwould be highly regarded.
