Amplar Health Home Hospital in Adelaide seeks a casual Physiotherapist to join the Transition Care Service, working across Walkerville and the Pullman Hotel in the Adelaide CBD.
Shifts are available on a casual basis between Monday and Saturday, 8:00am to 4:00pm, with a focus on supporting patient recovery and rehabilitation.
You will deliver tailored assessments and interventions within a multidisciplinary team, contribute to discharge planning and community reintegration, and help drive
