Troocoo Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse for a full time night duty position at a residential aged care facility in Tenterfield.
With an immediate start available and temporary accommodation provided, this is an excellent opportunity for a nurse seeking a new role in regional NSW.
The Opportunity
As a Registered Nurse, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, person centred care to residents throughout the night.
You will use your clinical expertise to ensure residents' safety, wellbeing and comfort while supporting the delivery of excellent aged care services.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver high quality, person-centred nursing care to residents.
Assess, monitor and manage residents' clinical needs.
Administer medications and treatments in accordance with relevant policies and procedures.
Identify and respond to changes in residents' health and elevate concerns appropriately.




Maintain accurate clinical documentation and care plans.
Work collaboratively with care staff and other healthcare professionals.
Support compliance with aged care standards and clinical governance requirements.
About You To be successful in this role, you will have:
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
A minimum of two years' nursing experience.
Experience in residential aged care is highly regarded.
Solid clinical assessment, communication and documentation skills.
The ability to work independently and confidently during night shifts.
A compassionate, resident-focused approach to care.
The right to work in Australia.
