IAG is seeking a hands-on Manager, Device Services & End User Computing to own the device fleet for roughly 15,000 colleagues across Australia and Current Zealand.
You will manage Mac, Windows, mobile devices and tablets, oversee procurement, asset management, build, distribution and recovery to keep the fleet responsive.
The role requires deep technical knowledge and the ability to drive fleet transitions in a fast-changing environment, including cloud-native printing and evolving vendor strategies.
