Your responsibilities will include:
Managing daily gaming operations, including staff supervision, rostering, and customer service.
Leading and motivating a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Ensuring all gaming machines and equipment are well-maintained and operating efficiently.
Overseeing cash handling procedures and monitoring gaming floor activity.
Implementing strategies to drive revenue growth and enhance customer engagement.
Ensuring strict compliance with all gaming regulations and internal policies.
About You:
We're looking for apassionate and results-drivenprofessional with the following skills and experience:
A minimum oftwo years' experienceas a Gaming Manager in a large,



high-volume venue.
Strong understanding ofcompliance requirements.
Acollaborative leadership approach, fostering open communication within the team.
Proven ability to build robust relationships with various stakeholders, departments, and VIP customers.
A professional and polished presentation, paired with a hands-on approach to service.
Excellentwritten and verbal communication skills.
Strongadministrative and organizational abilities, with the capacity to multitask effectively.
Current RSA, RCG & ARCGcertifications.
