About the Role
Maincrew Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Site Administrator for an immediate start on a Fortescue Metals Group (FMG) site in the Pilbara working a 4&3 roster.
If you've done site admin before and know what it takes to keep a FIFO site ticking, we want to hear from you.
What You'll Be Doing
Full admin support to the Site Manager, Supervisors, and project teams
Timesheets, rosters, and personnel tracking (SAP / site systems)
Document control — permits, inductions, competency records, safety files
Purchase orders, goods receipting, and stores/inventory management
Daily, weekly, and monthly site reporting
Induction and training compliance tracking
WHS documentation support — incident reports, toolbox talks, JSAs
Visitor and contractor sign-in/out management
Meeting coordination, agendas, and minutes
About You
Proven site administration experience on mining, resources, or construction sites
Strong Microsoft Office skills — particularly Excel
SAP or similar ERP system experience
Experience managing timesheets and personnel logistics in a FIFO environment
Highly organised with sharp attention to detail
Can work autonomously and juggle competing priorities
Solid communicator — written and verbal
You'll Also Need




White Card (Construction Induction Card)
Valid WA Driver's Licence (C Class minimum)
National Police Clearance (less than 6 months, or willing to obtain)
Pre-employment medical including Drug & Alcohol screening

Previous experience on FMG sites
Current FMG site induction
First Aid certificate
Cert III/IV in Business Administration
Working at Heights / Confined Space tickets
