Wellways Australia is seeking a Mental Health Clinician to join Connected Care across Northwest Tasmania.
You will provide recovery-focused mental health support within a multidisciplinary team and apply clinical skills to assist individuals with complex needs.
You will hold a relevant tertiary qualification with current registration, plus experience in assessment, intervention, care coordination and outcome measurement.
Travel across the region is required as part of the role.
