This role is ideal for someone who is well spoken, professional, highly organised, and enjoys helping customers find the right solution.
You'll play an important role in preparing quotations, supporting tender submissions, coordinating pricing, and delivering a high standard of service to customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
We are looking for someone with strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and advanced Excel capabilities who is keen to build a long-term career with a growing Australian business.
About the Role
As a key member of our commercial team, you will:
Prepare accurate estimates, tenders, and professional sales quotations
Review plans, specifications, and project requirements
Identify and assess tender opportunities through online portals
Source pricing from suppliers and subcontractors
Review scopes of work and contract documentation
Price and manage project variations
Follow up quotations and customer enquiries
Maintain estimating systems, pricing databases, and customer information
Work closely with our sales, operations, and project teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
Assist in improving estimating processes and maintaining pricing accuracy

Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and technical documentation
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word and Outlook
Experience with CRM and ERP systems is advantageous
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks
Previous experience in estimating, sales support, customer service, construction, manufacturing, or a related industry is desirable but not essential
Australian work rights are required for this position
