Healthscope Independence Services (HIS) in Penrith, NSW, seeks a dedicated Female Disability Support Worker to join our team supporting clients living in SDA apartments under the NDIS.
This casual role offers Level 2 pay based on experience and qualifications.
You will assist with daily living activities, personal care, and community participation, following agreed support plans and maintaining accurate documentation.
