Bunnings Warehouse is seeking a Department Manager in Australia to oversee daily operations, high-volume stock management, and sales within your specialist area.
You will lead a 20+ robust team, train and develop staff, and partner with Store Leadership to deliver our Best Experience to customers.
You will monitor customer service levels, collaborate with Merchandising and Health & Safety teams, and work a 1-in-3 weekend roster with some public holidays.
