CLAIMS CO-ORDINATOR (TEMPORARY CONTRACT 6 WEEKS)
Steadfast Eastern Insurance Brokers – Box Hill VIC
We are seeking an experienced and qualified Claims Coordinator to join our team on a 6-week temporary contract.
The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience managing claims across all classes of General Insurance, with the ability to work independently while delivering high levels of service to clients, insurers, and internal stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
Manage and coordinate claims across a broad range of General Insurance products
Liaise effectively with clients, insurers, loss adjusters, and other stakeholders
Monitor claim progress and ensure timely resolution of matters
Maintain accurate records and provide regular updates to clients and account managers
Assist with claims advocacy and support throughout the claims lifecycle
About you
Proven claims management experience across all classes of General Insurance
Solid communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage a workload efficiently and work autonomously
Previous experience working for an insurance broker
Experience using the Insight Broking System (preferred)
