Hunter Current England Local Health District is seeking a Social Worker Level 3 for the Community Health Service in Tamworth.
This permanent part-time role (24 hours per week) focuses on providing person-centred psychosocial support to individuals and families with complex needs.
You will work within a supportive multidisciplinary team, helping clients access services and navigate challenging times.
