You will lead fellow team members, ensure seamless dining experiences, and actively guide guests through menu, wine and beverage recommendations.
We value a hands‐on, proactive approach with 2–3 years in premium casual dining or upscale hotel restaurants.
NSW RSA certification is required; evenings, weekends and peak periods are expected.
