Our continued growth at Proactive Psychology Group has seen new positions open up for a Registered/Clinical Psychologist to join our team in the vibrant suburb of Penrith, NSW.
As a key member of our growing practices, you will provide comprehensive psychological assessment, and treatment services to a broad range of clients as part of our friendly onsite team of ~10.
You will also be part of a growing team of 40+ people across Western Sydney.
Key responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and provide evidence-based interventions
Develop and implement individualised treatment plans to address clients' mental health needs
Provide high-quality, compassionate therapy and counselling services, such as CBT, ACT, SCHEMA, EMDR, and other evidence-based approaches
Collaborate with allied health professionals, such as general practitioners, to ensure a holistic approach to client care
Contribute to the growth and development of the practice by participating in team social and training events, and professional development activities
Maintain accurate and confidential client records, as well as adhere to all relevant professional and ethical standards
About you
Fully registered or clinical psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
A strong background in providing evidence-based psychological services
Demonstrated expertise in a range of psychological assessment and therapeutic modalities, including CBT, ACT,



and other evidence-based approaches
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
Commitment to ongoing professional development and a desire to contribute to the growth and success of the practice
