About the Role
You'll carry outquality structural and non-structural repairsin line with insurer and safety standards, helping maintainefficient turnaround timeswithout compromising workmanship.
Your responsibilities include:
Assessing vehicle damage and repair requirements
Removing and refitting panels and components
Completing repairs toindustry-standard finish quality
Working toefficiency and safety KPIs
Collaborating with your workshop team
What We're Looking For
To qualify, you will need:
Minimum2+ years' experience




Experience in aninsurance repair environment(highly regarded)
You're someone who is:
Consistent and reliable
Focused onquality over shortcuts
Comfortable working in afast-paced workshop
Interested in ongoing development, includingI-CAR aligned training pathways
