Fairley's IGA in Shepparton is seeking an experienced Duty Manager to lead a hands-on team and ensure stock availability and exceptional store presentation.
You will drive customer engagement and uphold high standards of service.
The role is full time, 38 hours per week, Sunday to Thursday, with an attractive base salary plus 12% superannuation.
You'll coach staff, manage rostering, and support store operations and compliance.
