You will manage the department's training function in collaboration with managers, ensuring WHS&E;, HR and QA requirements are met and understood by all team members.
Your duties include coordinating inductions, updating procedures, developing current QSWIs and SOPs, maintaining training records, and providing routine reports to the supervisor.
You will promote safe work practices and team development.
