You'll be supported to work across a varied caseload,



with the autonomy to structure your day while being backed by a collaborative and experienced team.
What You'll Be Doing
Deliver evidence-informed Behaviour Support services across a diverse caseload
Conduct functional behaviour assessments and develop Behaviour Support Plans
Support participants, families and stakeholders to implement meaningful strategies
Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams including Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Psychologists and Physiotherapists
Manage your own schedule with flexibility across community, clinic and telehealth settings
Participate in supervision, peer collaboration and ongoing professional development opportunities

What You'll Bring
NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner suitability/registration (or eligibility via the IBIS pathway)
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
A person-centred, evidence-informed approach
Driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle for community work
NDIS Worker Screening Check & Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
