The Opportunity
As Centre Director, you'll have the opportunity to lead a service with the support and resources to make a genuine difference.

With a dedicated Assistant Director and Educational Leader supporting you, you'll have the opportunity to focus on strategic leadership, team development and the continued success of the service.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Leading, mentoring and developing a high-performing team
Building positive relationships with children, families and the community
Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the service
Driving occupancy, family engagement and service performance
Maintaining high standards of quality, compliance and continuous improvement
Creating a workplace culture where educators feel supported, motivated and valued
What You'll Bring
We're seeking a confident, approachable and experienced leader who genuinely enjoys bringing out the best in others.
Previous Centre Director experience within Australian long day care
An ACECQA-recognised Diploma or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care
Strong understanding of the NQF, NQS and EYLF
Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor and inspire educators
Sound operational, compliance and occupancy management experience
Current Working with Children Check or VIT registration, as applicable
Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications
A positive, collaborative and solutions-focused leadership approach
