Coogee Bay Hotel is seeking an organised Events Coordinator to plan, coordinate and execute a wide range of hotel events, from weddings to conferences and social gatherings.
You will partner with clients, select venues, arrange catering, AV, and decor, and manage vendor contracts and budgets.
You will liaise with internal teams to ensure flawless in office execution, deliver excellent guest service, and report on weekly and monthly metrics.
