We're looking for a reliable, hands-on person to take ownership of our busy orders bay in Mornington.
You'll be responsible for receiving incoming stock, checking quality, preparing customer orders and ensuring our trucks are loaded and ready for dispatch.
You'll also assist with smaller local deliveries and nursery pickups when required.
This is a varied role suited to someone with positive tree and plant knowledge who enjoys working outdoors, staying organised and keeping things running smoothly.
Key responsibilities
Unload semis from interstate and local suppliers
Check incoming stock for quality and allocate it to the right jobs
Prepare orders for customer pick-ups
Look after the health of stock in the bay, including watering and general care




Prepare the next day's orders for the trucks and load them with the drivers in the afternoonPick and pallet weekly semi orders and load them onto the prime mover
Do local deliveries and pick-ups in the van
Keep the bay immaculate and records spot on
About you
Forklift licence (essential)
Solid tree and plant knowledge (essential)
Current driver's licence
A truck licence (MR/HR) is a bonus, so you can step in as a backup driver
Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all weather
Organised, reliable and proud of a tidy workspace
