What You Will Be Doing
Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for temporary and contract placements
Handle active vacancies by writing job advertisements and screening candidates
Coordinate the complete onboarding and compliance documentation process
Maintain daily contact with an established client base to understand workforce needs
Provide fast and reliable staffing solutions while ensuring high levels of client care
What We Are Looking For
Prior agency recruitment experience, ideally managing fast-paced temporary or blue-collar portfolios
Robust communication skills, a commercial mindset, and the ability to adapt quickly to established workflows
Full working rights in Australia through to the end of December
