Archer Hotel in Nowra is seeking a Head Chef to lead the kitchen, delivering crowd-pleasing pub classics with a up-to-date twist and driving a small, high-performing team.
You will own the kitchen operations, partner with the Publican and FOH team, and inspire cooks daily.
Trade cooking qualifications and food-safety certifications are required, with a salary from 85,000 AUD plus super and bonus.
