Silverchain is seeking a Home Care Worker to assist older clients at home across Blacktown and surrounding suburbs.
The role focuses on practical support, wellbeing, and enabling clients to live independently with versatile outcomes.
Applicants should hold a valid Australian driver's licence with an insured vehicle and have 3–6 months' experience in community or aged care.
Training, CPR/First Aid courses, and a dedicated support team are provided.
