This centre consistently operatesabove ratio, allowing educators and leaders the time and support needed to build meaningful relationships with children, mentor their teams and focus on quality outcomes rather than simply meeting minimum requirements.

About You




ACECQA-approved Diploma or Early Childhood Teaching qualification
2-5 years Lead experience within early childhood education
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong understanding of the EYLF and National Quality Framework
Collaborative leadership style
Passion for mentoring and developing educators
Experience within a community-focused or not-for-profit environment highly regarded but not essential
