Job Description
As a Service Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in our commitment to providing exceptional service.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
Scheduling and Coordination:Efficiently plan and schedule Service Technicians, ensuring the availability of necessary resources and adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Customer Relationship Building:Foster and maintain solid relationships with our customers, working tirelessly to enhance the quality of service and meet customer requirements.
Performance Monitoring:Oversee and ensure the achievement of key performance indicators, including productivity, efficiency, re-visits, work-in-progress, and billing cycles.
Leadership and Development:Provide leadership, guidance, and training to the service team, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and learning.
Strategic Development:Continuously develop and implement strategies to enhance maintenance and service effectiveness.
Qualifications
