You will lead daily F&B; operations, coaching a passionate team and delivering guest experiences across the bar, lobby lounge, conference room, room service and minibar.
You will drive service standards while monitoring costs and stock, with a rotating roster including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends and public holidays.
RSA in Tasmania and First Aid desirable.
