At Boronia Aged Care, we're looking for a confident and experienced Clinical Manager who thrives on leading from the front and supporting clinical teams.

This is more than a coordination role.
It's an opportunity to become a key clinical leader within the home, working closely with the Home Manager to shape clinical practice, mentor nurses and care staff, and ensure residents receive the highest standard of person‐centred care.

What We Offer
Full-time role | 9:00am to 5:00pm
7-month maximum-term contract (October **** to April ****)
5 weeks annual leave (pro‐rata)
