Endeavour Group is seeking an Assistant Manager for Henley Beach Hotel, a premium coastal venue on The Esplanade.
Base salary is $80,000 plus super, bonus scheme and group discounts.
You will help lead a high-volume bar and bistro, ensuring safety, great vibes, and top-tier service.
The role requires supervising staff, learning the Publican duties, and maintaining energy and robust guest relations across shifts.
