Securecorp is seeking an experienced Retail Security Officer to support a retail site in North Lakes.
This role focuses on loss prevention, access control, incident response, and customer service, ensuring a secure and compliant environment while upholding professional security standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide professional Retail Security and customer service
Conduct patrols, monitoring, and surveillance
Perform access control and crowd management
Respond to alarms, incidents, and emergencies
Identify and manage risk and loss prevention issues
Complete accurate incident reports and daily logs
Skills & Experience:
Current QLD Security Licence with Crowd Control (mandatory)
Previous retail security or monitoring experience
Current First Aid & CPR certification
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work nights, weekends, and rotating shifts
Professional presentation and a proactive security mindset
