About the Role
To support our rapid expansion across the area, a leading Victorian volume home builder is looking for a Pre-site Construction Administrator / Customer Experience Coordinator to join a close-knit group. Up until the build goes to site start, you will be essential in managing client care and handling key administrative approvals following contract execution.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the processing of developer endorsements, plan revisions, contract drawings, and building permits.
Organise home warranty insurance policies while tracking client finance progress.
Create an outstanding, hassle-free experience for buyers as they navigate their home build.
Keep internal system databases up to date in compliance with group standards and client journey workflows.
Build solid networks with external parties as well as internal teams such as construction, drafting, and estimating.
Help the site construction department consistently meet elevated standards for every client.
Required Experience & Skills
Strong emphasis on delivering quality service with an empathetic, client-centred attitude.
Outstanding computer skills with experience managing internal software platforms.
Capability to handle heavy workloads, prioritize tasks effectively, and maintain meticulous attention to detail.
High standard of personal presentation alongside a proactive, optimistic work style.
Strong verbal and written communication skills paired with an articulate, polite phone manner.
Background or formal qualifications in the residential building sector will be viewed favourably.
