What You'll Be Doing:
Manage a residential portfolio of approximately 140 properties end-to-end
Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants




Oversee lease renewals, rent reviews and tenancy management
Coordinate maintenance, repairs and property-related matters
Ensure compliance with Victorian legislation and relevant regulations
Manage tenancy issues and resolve concerns professionally
Work closely with leasing and administration support to maintain efficient processes
Deliver a high standard of service to a discerning client base
What We're Looking For:
Strong end-to-end residential property management experience
Confidence managing a portfolio of approximately 140 properties
Experience with premium properties and high-end clientele, or exceptional client service skills
Professional communication and relationship management skills
Strong knowledge of Victorian legislation, compliance and tenancy matters
Ability to work autonomously while collaborating with a wider team
Excellent organisation, attention to detail and time management
A commitment to quality service rather than simply managing volume
