Uniting NSW.ACT is seeking a dedicated Mental Health Support Worker for the Community Living Supports program in Tuggerah with community outreach. You will provide person-centred, recovery-focused psychosocial supports to help consumers achieve individual goals and build skills, with a recovery-oriented approach and cooperative planning with carers, families and clinicians.
The role requires a minimum Certificate IV in Mental Health or related field, 12 months experience, and NSW Working with
