About the role
We are seeking Food and Beverage Attendants to join the team at both our Stores, Malvern and Toorak. This is a Casual or Part-Time Position. As a Food and Beverage Attendant, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards of hospitality. You will be responsible for ensuring guests have a memorable dining and drinking experience whilst supporting the smooth operation of our venue.
Key responsibilities
Greeting guests warmly and professionally upon arrival
Taking orders accurately and efficiently
Processing payments and handling transactions accurately
Responding to guest requests and resolving any concerns with professionalism and grace
Maintaining knowledge of food
Supporting the kitchen to ensure smooth service flow
Following food safety and hygiene standards at all times
Restocking supplies and maintaining an organised work environment
What we're looking for
Previous experience in food and beverage service, hospitality or a customer-facing role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact positively with diverse guests
Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment whilst maintaining composure
Flexibility and reliability, with the ability to work part-time hours including evenings and weekends
Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices, or willingness to obtain certification
Positive attitude, team player mentality and genuine passion for hospitality
Physical capability to stand for extended periods and carry items safely
