to provide in-home support to an
18-year-old female participant
with complex support needs in the
Grafton region, NSW

This is an urgent prospect, with the participant looking to commence support as soon as possible.
About the Role
Location:
Grafton region, NSW
Female Support Worker required
46 hours per day, 5 days per week
In-home support
Ongoing opportunity
Participant has sufficient
NDIS funding
available for the required supports
Immediate commencement preferred
About You




The ideal candidate will:
Have previous experience supporting participants with
complex support needs
Be compassionate, patient and reliable
Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
Be confident working independently in a home-based environment
Be committed to providing person-centred and respectful support
Be available for regular weekday shifts
Requirements
Previous experience in disability/complex support
Relevant qualifications and NDIS-related clearances as required
Current
NDIS Worker Screening Check
Working with Children Check
, where applicable
First Aid & CPR
Valid driver's licence and reliable transport preferred
