You will lead the development and delivery of sales strategies for automotive and 4WD lighting solutions, delivering performance across multiple channels.
You'll own sales planning, KPI leadership, and customer value programs while building high-performing teams and robust wholesale/retail partnerships to achieve ambitious targets.
