What you'll be doing:
Walking into your Albany ELC, you'll smile, as the early morningsun shines over our sustainable veggie patch.



When the door opens,you'll smell the fresh home-style meals and feel the communityspirit, catch up with your fabulous colleagues and your speciallittle ones. You'll be encouraging them to grow socially,emotionally while instilling a love for learning. Your Room Leaderwill work with you to develop individualised programs whilemaintaining developmental records and keeping parents informed.Then at the end of your shift, you'll walk out the door knowing thechildren are continuing to develop in body, mind, andspirit.
You'll be great in this role if you...
As a Qualified Educator; have a degree or diploma in EarlyChildhood or equivalent
As an Assistant Educator, have a CERT III in EarlyChildhood.
Have an understanding of the National Education and CareServices Regulations ****, the EYLF and the NQF
Can reflect on your previous experience implementingprograms in an Early Learning Centre (or similar)
Can obtain a HLTAID012 First Aid Certificate, NationalPolice Clearance and Working with Children check
