As a valued member of our community aged care team, you'll provide personal care and support that helps older Australians live independently in their own homes. You'll be backed by a passionate, experienced team who are dedicated to delivering high-quality, person-centred care - and who will support you every step of the way.
This permanent part-time opportunity in the Eastern Sydney Suburbs is ideal for someone seeking a few consistent weekday shifts. It's a outstanding fit for parents, carers, or anyone looking for work that complements school hours and other commitments.
Ideally, you will be available on Mondays and/or Fridays.
About the role
Our Home Care Workers support our clients with personalised services and meaningful activities that promote their health, happiness, independence, and individual lifestyle choices. These include:
Personal care assistance, such as showering and personal hygiene needs




Assistance to continue to live well and positively (e.g. transport to appointments, shopping, house cleaning and meal preparation)
Social connection and companionship
What do we need from you?
Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent)
Australian Driver licence and Own vehicle
Current First Aid & CPR
Valid working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate etc)
Police Check (valid within the last 3 years)
Experience in care role highly regarded
