Campos Coffee Roasters at our Banksmeadow HQ roast daily to deliver consistent flavours that meet customer demand. The role offers a standard Monday–Friday schedule with a 12:00 PM–8:00 PM shift or a adaptable floater between 8:00 AM and 9:00 AM starts, finishing 4:00–5:00 PM, with occasional paid overtime.
We value teamwork, attention to detail and a passion for coffee. You should be willing to learn the Campos method, lift up to 24 kg, and have basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook,
