The Role
Manage a small, well-maintained residential property portfolio
Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
Coordinate routine inspections, maintenance and repairs
Manage lease renewals, rent reviews and tenancy matters
Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and agency procedures
Work collaboratively within a friendly and supportive team

About You
Previous experience in residential property management
Current QLD real estate registration or licence
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
A proactive, professional and customer-focused approach
Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
