The Wheeler Centre in Melbourne CBD is seeking a casual Visitor Services team member to provide front-of-house customer service across email, phone and in-person channels. You will assist with ticket bookings and inquiries, operate Tessitura CRM, and support event delivery with a friendly, skilled approach.
The role is based at 176 Little Lonsdale Street, with shifts across weekdays, weeknights and weekends, and occasional attendance at other Melbourne-CBD venues as required.
