About the Role
As a Customer Service Officer, you'll be one of the first points of contact for customers, helping with enquiries and ensuring they receive friendly, efficient service.
Your responsibilities will include:
Responding to incoming calls and assisting with customer account enquiries
Making outbound calls to follow up on customer matters
Managing and responding to email enquiries
Coordinating service connections and disconnections
Processing customer payments
Liaising with billing and debt collection teams to resolve customer issues
Assisting customers to access available financial assistance programs
Providing general administrative and customer service support to the wider team
About You




We're looking for someone who brings:
Strong customer service skills and a genuine enjoyment of helping people
Confident written and verbal communication skills
A friendly, professional and approachable manner
Good computer skills, with sound knowledge of MS Excel
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
Reliability, punctuality and a strong work ethic
The ability to work well as part of a close-knit team
