Dealership & Service Concierge
to be the welcoming face of our dealership and service departments.

This role is perfect for someone from a
automotive, hotel, hospitality, tourism or customer service background
who enjoys building rapport, juggling multiple priorities and delivering a seamless experience from start to finish. If you know how to make people feel welcome, listened to and looked after — we can teach you the automotive side.

What You'll Be Doing
n
n
Greet customers in person, by phone and email with a warm, professional approach
n
Assist with scheduling service bookings and appointments
n
Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle service needs
n
Act as the key link between customers and Sales and Service teams
n
Clearly communicate recommendations, timelines and costs
n




Keep customers updated throughout the sales and service process
n
Handle enquiries and concerns with empathy and professionalism
n
Maintain accurate records using dealership systems
n
Assist with day to day administration across the dealership, working with the Office Manager.
n

About You
n

Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within the automotive industry
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
n
A calm, organised approach in busy environments
n
Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability
n
A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences
n
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction
n
Ability to work effectively in a quick-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
n
Proficient in using computer systems and software for scheduling and customer management.
