PCYC Queensland's Cairns and Yarrabah Youth Clubs are seeking a Youth Homelessness Coordinator to drive early intervention and support services for at‐risk young people. You will coordinate case management, lead after‐school programs and build solid partnerships with schools, agencies and services to deliver positive outcomes for families.
