The Yiros Shop is opening a brand recent Drive-Thru restaurant in Eatons Hill and is building the launch team. You will lead the restaurant's day-to-day operations, recruit and coach a team, and drive KPI-focused performance from day one.
As a Restaurant Manager, you will ensure exceptional guest experiences, uphold food safety standards, and contribute to achieving profitability while delivering a warm, authentic Greek-inspired service that reflects our community-driven brand.
