Forklift Operator
to join a leading construction materials manufacturing and distribution facility in
Nowra
.
This role is set within a fast-paced yard and manufacturing environment handling heavy building supplies, precast products, and bulk raw materials. If you have solid counterbalance experience, a strong safety mindset, and want steady Monday to Friday work with attractive penalty rates, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
Safe operation of high-capacity counterbalance forklifts across indoor and outdoor yard environments
Loading and unloading flatbeds, semi-trailers, and delivery vehicles with pallets, bulk bags, and heavy construction materials
Stacking, staging, and retrieving finished goods and raw materials for production lines
Completing daily pre-start inspections, routine machinery checks, and reporting maintenance needs
Performing yard organisation, stock counts,



and general housekeeping duties
Following all site Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) procedures and load-restraint guidelines
Requirements
Valid SafeWork NSW High Risk Work Licence (
LF
)
Demonstrated experience operating forklifts within heavy industrial, construction, manufacturing, or transport yards
Experience handling heavy, uneven, or bulk palletised loads safely
Availability to work standard Monday to Friday shifts
Valid driver's licence and reliable transport to travel to site in Nowra
Robust commitment to zero-harm workplace safety standards
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol screening and fitness-to-work assessment
Full, unrestricted Australian working rights
