RESPONSIBILITIES:
n

n
Lead the delivery of multiple projects valued between $1M and $5M simultaneously
n
Ensure projects stay on program and are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality
n
Create, define, and drive project scope from start to finish
n
Run a tight ship on site and in the office, keeping projects organised, accountable, and on track
n
Mentor and develop Contract Administrators, providing guidance, feedback, and support for their growth
n




Communicate and delegate responsibilities effectively across the project team
n
Act as the main point of contact for clients, consultants, and stakeholders, resolving any issues or disputes that arise
n
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
n
n
n
Proven experience as a Senior Delivery Project Manager within the Commercial Fitout sector
n
A solid track record with reputable fitout builders
n
Demonstrated experience running multiple projects concurrently, valued from $1M up to $5M
n
Strong D&C; experience and knowledge
n
Procore experience is essential
n
Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
n
A team-based approach and the ability to fit within a team-oriented, people-focused culture
